Personal Experience
Attorney Jen Hanna’s expertise with immigration matters has helped many families and individuals to achieve legal status in the United States. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2010, and has primarily practiced immigration law since that time. She is a board member of the Madison-based Community Immigration Law Center, a nonprofit that provides free legal representation and consultations to low-income immigrants.
Her practice includes marriage-based sponsorship and fiancé visas, naturalization and green card renewals, adjustments of status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), U visas, asylum, hardship waivers, religious worker visas, and other immigration matters.
